"لا يوجد مواقف مخصصه للعامة ولذوي الإعاقة ،ليست جميع لأرصفة امام المجمع متصله مع سطح الطريق . المنحدر غير مستقر وغير ثابت وغير مقاوم للإنزلاق ولا يحتوي أي بروزات يمكن تمييزها بالعصا البيضاء،لا يوجد درابزين حمايه و المنحدر حاد جداً و اقل من نسبة 1:10- 1:12 بفارق كبير و يحتاج للشخص الذي يستخدم الكرسي المتحرك مساعدة شخص آخر لتخطيها ، لا يوجد لافتات خاصة تدل على اقرب مدخل لذوي الإعاقة ،عرض مدخل الباب الرئيس واسع ويمكن تمييزه عن واجهة البناء ويمكن فتحه بقبضة اليد المغلقه ويوجد مساحة جانبية فارغه تزيد عن متر لكن يوجد عتبة تزيد عن 2سم ."

"الممر الداخلي يوفر وصولاً مباشراً للمصعد ،ويوجد مساحة دائرية وجانبية فارغه وكافية للتنقل والالتفاف بسهولة من خلالها الالتف، باب المصعد ضيق للحركة على الكرسي المتحرك و عرض الباب 80 سم ويوجد عتبه عند باب المصعد تقدر ب 2سم ،لا يوجد داخل المصعد ازرار بلغة بريل ولا يوجد تنبيهات صوتية. يوجد درج ذو مساحة عرضيه واسعة مع درابزين حماية لطابق الأكاديمية ، بلاط الدرج مقاوم للإنزلاق وسلس ومرن للحركه والتنقل ويمكن تمييز حوافه بالعصا البيضاء ،ولا يوجد لافتات مرئية داخل الأكاديمية ، والممرات الداخلية بين الطاولات واسعة ويمكن التنقل من خلالها بسهولة . داخل الغرفه الصفيه يوجد مساحة مخصصه للكراسي المتحركة . الاضاءة داخل الأكاديمية لونها معتدل ومساوي للإضاءة الخارجية ،يوجد مقابس كهرباء بجانب الطاولات يمكن تشغيليها بقبضة اليد وارتفاعها 70 سم . وارتفاع الطاولات مناسب وعمق الطاولات مناسب ايضا ، يوجد طاولة محاسبه ارتفاعها مهيء ومناسبة لتبادل الدفع من خلالها ،ويوجد خدمة دفع متنقله الكترونيه."

بالنسبة للوحدة الصحية: لا يوجد حمامات مخصصه لذوي الإعاقه وانما هي وحدة صحية للعامة وواحد لكلا الجنسين،لا يوجد لافتات خاصه بالوحدات الصحية ، المساحة الداخلية للحمام ضيقه بعض الشيئ لذوي الإعاقة الحركية فلا تسمح للأشخاص الالتفاف والتحرك بسهولة،،يمكن فتح باب المدخل بقبضه اليد المغلقه.
