"تحقق مكتبة الحسين بن طلال في جامعة اليرموك وصولية جيدة في مستويات متعددة الا ان هناك معيقات للوصولية الى المداخل الرئيسية منها : # لا يوجد مواقف مخصصه للاشخاص ذوي الاعاقه، و لكن يوجد موقف قريب لمدخل المكتبة # يوجد اتصال مباشر بين ارصفة المشاة و مستوى سطح الطريق ، الا انه قد تعيق الوصولية اصطفاف المركبات في الاماكن التي تسمح بهذه الوصولية المباشره. # طريق المشاة مستقر، ثابت، مقاوم للإنزلاق ولكن لا يوجد بلاط بلون فاقع او مزود ببروز يمكن استشعاره بالعصي. # يوجد منحدر يؤدي الى المدخل الرئيسي للمكتبة ويحقق نسبة وصولية ممتازة ولكن يوجد له درابزين من جانب واحد . #عرض الباب الرئيسي ضيق بعض الشيء و لكن الباب مفتوح غالبا خلال اوقات الدوام ."

"تحق مكتبة الحسين بن طلال وصولية الخدمات بمستوى جيد الا انه يوجد بعض المعيقات يمكن ايجازها ب : # يمكن التحرك داخل المكتبة من ذوي الاعاقة الحركية ولكن لم يتم تأهيلها لخدمة ذوي الاعاقة البصرية ( لا يوجد بلاط مزود بتباين عالي و ببروز يمكن استشعاره بالعصي ). # لا تحتوي اللافتات على احرف بارزة او احرف بلغة برايل وكذلك لا يوجد رسم تخطيطي فيها # يوجد مصاعد تؤدي الى مختلف الخدمات في المكتبة من الطابق الارضي لجميع الخدمات ما عدا قاعات الدراسة الجماعية وتوجد فيه مؤشرات ضؤية ولكن لا يوجد مؤثرات صوتية وكذلك ارتفاع الازرار في المصعد مرتفع بعض الشيء # تحقق الممرات في الغالب عرض مناسب لذوي الإعاقة الحركية"

لا يوجد جهاز صراف الي داخل المكتبة، ولكن يمكن الاستفادة من التي تنتشر في اماكن أخرى من جامعة اليرموك مثل: صراف بنك الاسكان مقابل كلية التربية وصراف بنك القاهرة عمان في مبنى الأمن الجامعي .
