يوجد وصولية جيدة للمدخل الرئيسي للمؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي في اربد / شارع شفيق ارشيدات . تم توفير موقف مخصص لذوي الاعاقة ويوجد لافتة تشير اليه ، وكذلك يوجد منحدر بمنسوب مناسب( 1:11 ) امام المدخل الرئيسي للمبنى الا ان ارضية المنحدر من مادة انزلاقية ، والباب الرئيس للمبنى المؤدي لقاعة استقبال المراجعين الكتروني وهو مفتوح دائما اثناء اوقات العمل الرسمي.

توجد وصولية جيدة لكافة الخدمات التي يحتاجها المراجعين للمؤسسة. الابواب فتحاتها مناسبة ولا يوجد عوائق في ممرات الحركة، وكذلك فان ارتفاع مكاتب الاستقبال وتقديم الخدمة مناسبة والاضاءة جيدة ،وتم توفير مصاعد للحركة العمودية الاانه لا يتوفر فيها موثرات صوتية . اللافتات لا يوجد فيها تباين لوني عالي ، ولا تحتوي على أحرف بارزة او أحرف بلغة بريل وكذلك فانه لا يوجد بلاط مزود ببروز يمكن استشعاره بالعصي او بلون فاقع .

تم تجهيز دورة مياه ( حمام ) لذوي الاعاقة بالكامل ، ويتم الوصول اليه في طابق التسوية الاول ( P1 ) من خلال المصعد .

توفر المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي( فرع اربد /شارع شفيق ارشيدات) خدمات الدفع الالكتروني للمراجعين ، وكذلك الدفع بالبطاقات الائتمانية . ويوجد بجوار المدخل الرئيسي لمبنى المؤسسة فرع للبنك العربي يخدم كافة الخدمات البنكية .
