هناك مدخل متاح لذوي الاعاقة الحركية من جهة جبل عمان مقابل الجامعة الألمانية. عند المدخل توجد عتبة صغيرة سهلة التجاوز من ثم يوجد منحدر سهل ومناسب. في نهاية الممر, يؤدي الطريق إلى مصعد عرض مدخله 70سم. يناسب الكرسي المتحرك بعرض لا يتجاوز 65 سم

يمكن للشخص على الكرسي المتحرك استخدام المغسلة والمرآة في الوحدة الصحية، توجد عتبة 8 سم عند مدخل الوحدة الصحية لذلك يحتاج ذوي الإعاقة المساعدة من شخص آخر، مع التنويه بعدم وجود حمام (مرحاض) مهيأ لذوي الإعاقة. يوجد حمام مغلق وستتم تهيئته لذوي الاعاقة في المستقبل من قبل إدارة المطعم.
