"لا توجد طرق وممرات مخصصة لذوي الاعاقة و لكنها تؤدي الغرض و المساحة داخلية مناسبة بعض الشيء اذا تم تحريك الاثاث الموجود. الابواب يمكن فتحها باستخدام القبضة المغلقة و ارتفاع المقابض يزيد عن المعيار المحدد. داخل العيادة يوجد شاشتان بروزهما غير مهيء . اللافتات ارتفاعها غير مناسب و ليست مدعومة بلغة بريل ، أزرار المصعد أمرتفعة بعض الشيء من الداخل و الخارج "
